This is a nice, heavy-duty skillet. You can use it when camping for cooking sausage, bacon, etc over medium/high heat while keeping your griddle at medium/low for eggs and french toast
The design is very good with spouts at both sides to pour off grease and a loop handle on the far side to help with lifting
The cooking surface is sand cast and a little rough. Great for cooking meats
This one comes nicely pre-seasoned and ready to use. It is maybe heavy to handle one-handed, so the extra grip that this has opposite the handle is very nice to have
Like all cast iron - no soap or detergent, clean it with hot water and a stiff brush while it is still warm, no dishwasher, towel dry immediately and apply a light coating of oil while it is still warm
