Tips and recommendations

• Before assembling the machine, make sure to clean the cotton candy bowl thoroughly to prevent any old remnants from mixing with the new batch.
• Warm up the machine for a few minutes before mixing one scoop of sugar together with a few drops of chosen food colouring. Once the machine is warmed up, add in the sugar and colouring mixture.
• Hold a paper cone or bamboo stick about one to two inches up from the bottom of the bowl and twirl the cone around the edges to make a bigger ball. Chopsticks may also be used as a paper cone substitute if you run out.
• Serve the cotton candy at birthday parties, family gatherings, or secret mafia muffin meetings.

Warranty by Voxtera Trading

• 7 days warranty upon manufacturing defect from date of receive.
• For warranty claims:
• STEP 1: Email Voxtera at warranty@voxtera.com and provide the following details: 
  - Name
  - Contact number
  - Delivery address

• STEP 2: Upon confirmation, a mailing address will be provided.
• STEP 3: Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to Voxtera.
• Delivery costs for warranty claim / return / repair covered by customer. 
• Voxtera will cover delivery costs of replacement or repaired product to customer.
• Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
• Warranty claims which do not fulfil the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.
