- Tickets are valid for 30 days from the selected date of visit.

- You wil recevied evoucher via email from Qoo10 after completed order.
Please bring your evoucher / QRcode / Barcode to come to redeem your ticket.

All payment via 7-11, AXS or bank transfer will take at least 24 hours to reflect in Qoo10 system. We will only accept store pick up request after the payment has been confirmed. Seller reserves the right to reject store pick up, if the payment is still pending.
Notice for delivery:
Order received before 5pm will shipping out on same day.
Order received after 5pm will shipping our on next day.
Singpost normal mail may take 2-3 working days for delivery after we shiping out.
