Sea buckthorn: Sea buckthorn is high in rare omega-7 fatty acids and vitamin C, traditionally used to help boost immunity, healthy heart and mucous membranes. It's high in phytonutrients that help protect the skin from the damaging free radicals.
Enjoy: Add 3-4 tbsp (50ml) to your orange juice, smoothie, cocktail or water. Do not take before bed. Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 10 days. Oil sediment occurs naturally.
