Herklin Lice Killing Shampoo Treatment, when used as directed, effectively kills lice and eliminates nits. Herklin is safe to use on children two years old and up. To kill lice and eliminate nits follow these 3 steps: 1. Apply Herklin Shampoo on dry hair for 10 minutes. Rinse out shampoo with warm water after 10 minutes are up. 2. Remove lice and nits with the Herklin comb that is provided. For longer hair it helps to separate the hair into sections. 3. Repeat application 7 to 10 days later to make sure all the lice and nits are gone. Herklin Shampoo uses two active ingredients, Piperonyl Butoxide and Pyrethrum Extract, which can kill lice when used as directed.
