Delivery time:
We will mail out your order via SingPost within 0-2 working day after payment confirmed, you will be able to receive your items 2-3 working days after payment date.

Delivery method:
Delivery to Singapore address will be handled by SingPost, Seller Delivery.

Normal Mail:
Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly. In case of large parcel which cannot be fitted to the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is unsuccessful (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail. We will not be responsible for parcels lost with Singpost normal mail. Any request to resend or refund of the order will not be entertained.

Registered Mail (Strongly recommended):
Parcel will be delivered directly to the doorstep of your address. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. Additional charges for registered mail.

Exchange and Return:
All items sold are strictly NOT refundable. All items are inspected for manufacturing defects before posting out. Kindly send us an email to orders@mypetradise.com within 1 week delivery date and state your order number and item you would like to exchange for. Items need to be in its original condition in order to be eligible for exchange. Any items worn, stained, altered, washed, has perfume/cigarette/strange smell are not eligible for exchange. Delivery charges are non-refundable, buyer will pay the postage for exchanges. We will mail out the exchange only after we have received the item back.
