<br />When using over a sheet mask£º
<br />1. Put a commercial sheet mask on your face.
<br />2. Then, place this silicone mask over the sheet mask, lining up the eye-holes first and then the hole for the mouth.
<br />3. Pull the ear loops over the ears.
<br />4. Leave both masks on for as long as instructed for the commercial sheet mask.

<br />When using over a sheet mask£º
<br />1. Remove make-up and take a bath.
<br />2. Place the silicone mask on your skin, lining up the eye-holes first and then the hole for the mouth.
<br />3. Pull the ear loops over the ears.
<br />4. Leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes. (Your own body temperature will cause your face to perspire.)

<br />How to adjust the size :
<br />Pull the ear loops over the ears.
<br />If they are too tight, cut the loop along the lines shown in the above illustration.
<br />Try cutting along the inner line first. The loops should stretch better.
