Each casing holds approximately 1.75 lbs. of sausage.

Soak in salt water ONLY for 2 to 5 minutes before stuffing. NO longer than 5 minutes. Tie with string.

These are EZ Peel. The finished sausage will be approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. Approximately the same size as a Saltine Cracker. Peel the collagen casing off of the sausage before eating.

Collagen Casings are the closest thing to natural casings. Not made to be boiled or poached.
