IMPORTANT: Frequently Asked Questions
Qn: How frequently is the stock replenished?
Ans: More frequently than McDonald's replenishes their Hello Kitty or Minion Happy Meal toys. Seriously though, in light of our promotional price for these batteries, stocks get snatched up real fast. Our restock period can vary from 3 Days to a fortnight.

Qn: Are these NFC capable batteries?
Ans: No.

Qn: Is there a problem with the battery when it initially depletes much quicker than my old battery?
Ans: No. This is a common issue with these new celled batteries. Please ensure the first charge is at least 8 hours. Subsequently, the batteries' output will reach optimal levels after 4 to 5 complete charge-discharge cycles. It is normal to see that the fully-charged battery reduce in power drastically within the first 30 to 45 mins for the first few cycles.
Qn: I bought the battery but it does not fit in my phone like my "original" battery. Is the battery faulty?
Ans: No. We have tested every batch with a genuine Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and they fit the battery pocket snugly. However, lately we have noticed that many customers have told us that the battery does not fit. Upon further inquiry, we discovered that their mobile phones were NOT genuine. The modified phones will have slimmer or slight shorter batteries and unfortunately, we do not carry batteries for fake phones. :)
