1. Turn off the main unit and remove the SIM card

Press and hold the Sleep button to confirm that the main unit has been turned off, then take out the SIM card using the attached SIM eject tool.

Remove the two star penta lobe screws (3.6 mm) on both sides of the Lightning connector at the bottom of the main unit.

2. Remove screws on the front panel connector and contact terminals

Open the front panel with suction cups.

Remove the screw securing the front panel connector to the logic board with a Phillips screwdriver.

There are two screws on the bottom side and 1.2 mm on the left side and 2.9 mm screw on the right side with respect to the main body.

3. Disconnect the front panel connector

Remove the front panel connector from the logic board.

Insert the spat out as you lift it from the bottom, but if you put too much power, the connector will break or the logic board will be broken and you need polite work.

Remove the screw securing the front camera connector with a Phillips screwdriver.

The left side and center are 2.3 mm screws and the right side is 1.9 mm screw.

When the screw is removed, remove the metal cover with tweezers.

4. Remove the home button connector

Remove the connection button of the home button with a spatula and remove the home button from the main body with tweezers.

Remove the three screws on the left and right sides fixing the plate on the back panel, and the screw (1.3 mm) on the side of the camera,

Remove the screw fixing the connector of the ear speaker to the logic board with a Phillips screwdriver.

It is the upper screw (2.3 mm), right side (1.5 mm).

When the screw is removed, remove the metal cover from the logic board with tweezers.

5. Install the new front panel

Gently remove the back plate from the main body with a spatula.

Using tweezers detach the ear speaker and the front camera from the main body respectively.

After transferring the removed parts of the front panel to the new front panel, complete the front panel replacement work by reassembling the iPhone 6s as usual, in the reverse order of disassembly.
