The hair is stiff and isn't as cute as the picture. The zipper on the shirt has a small plastic tie, like the ones that hold price tags on. It is really small and prevents the zipper from fully going down and opening. After a great deal of struggle and not being able to see what was stopping the zipper, I finally broke the tie, and then the zipper moved up and down freely. The stand is also too tall and the feet don't reach the base so the doll swings freely on it. If the clear part of the stand is pushed down farther so the feet reach holding the doll in place, then the whole stand wobbles and doesn't sit flat because that clear part is now protruding below the round base part.
