Adverse Reaction/Side Effect: Occasionally, prolonged high dosage may cause urate, cystine precipitation in the urinary tract.
For Flavettes recommended dosage, no side effect are known.

Precaution and Warning: Ascorbic Acid is usually well tolerated. Large doses may cause diarrhoea.
