TIPS
Q: When I receive the device and put batteries but the pulse oximeter does not show up. What could be the problem?

A: The battery placement for our pulse oximeter is different from others, in that even though the 2 springs are on the same side, the 2 batteries are still required to be installed in opposite polarity. If this doesn't work, you might have received a defective unit. Please contact customer service to get a free replacement.
