Side-inlet Installation Instruction
(1) Turn off water supply to cistern or storage tank.
(2) Drain water by flushing toilet or drain part of water from storage tank.
(3) Disconnect pipe work and remove old valve.
(4) Loosen the Coupling Nut to disconnect the Adaptor from the Control Body.
(5) Protrude the Adaptor through the Hole at the Sidewall of cistern or storage tank and reconnect Water Supply Line to the Adaptor.
(6) Tighten the Adaptor to the Water Supply Line with a coin.
(7) Tighten the Tightening Nut (DO NOT Over-tighten) to position the Adaptor firmly on the internal wall of cistern or storage tank (This Adaptor is a permanent Fitting).
(8) Reconnect the Control Body to the Adaptor by tightening the Coupling Nut. Before doing so, made sure that the Rubber Ring R must be inside the Coupling Nut and, in case the Pressure Cover PC (Refer to Maintenance Section) has loosen out from the Control Body, fix it back at the right position by rotating it until it is locked within the Control Body.
(9) Turn on water supply to MAXIMUM (At this stage, a small amount of water will flow out from the bottom of the Submerge Body).
(10) Follow the direction the Arrow Indicates, GENTLY rotate the Control Knob ANTI-CLOCKWISE (H direction). When water starts flowing out from the Submerge Body, STOP rotating the Control Knob. Allow water level to rise until water stops flowing out Automatically and then determine whether this is your desired water level.
(11) If higher water level is required, repeat step 10 above (or repeat the same again when necessary) to obtain additional water until the desired water level is reached; but NOTE that the maximum height MX of water level is about ¾ lower portion (normally this water level is rarely used) of the Submerge Body. If water level rose above this maximum height MX, water may flow out NON-STOP (when this situation occurred, please proceed to the next step 12 immediately).
(12) If there is a need to adjust the water level from high to low, follow step 2 above first. While water level is receding (at the same time, water is refilling), follow the direction the Arrow Indicate and GENTLY rotate the Control Knob CLOCKWISE (L direction). When water stops flowing out, STOP rotating the Control Knob.
(13) Continue to use by following Steps 10 and 11 above.
Maintenance
If water does not stop flowing out after being used for a period (probably due to accumulation of dirt inside the Valve), follow Step 12 above immediately, follow by steps 1 and 4. Take out the Pressure Cover PC and the Rubber Seal RS from the Control Body and clean them thoroughly under running water. Insert back the Rubber Seal RS (Flat surface facing OUT) and the Pressure Cover PC (Flat surface facing IN) into the Control Body respectively. Made sure that the Pressure Cover PC must be at the right position by rotating it until it is locked within the Control Body. Continue to use by following Steps 8, 9, 10 and 11 above.
Replacement
To replace a new Wallercode Valve (just purchase a Wallercode Single Valve Pack only), follow Steps 1, 2 and 4above, remove the Old Control Body and follow Step 8 above to replace with the New One without the need to change the Old Adaptor. Continue to use by following Steps 9, 10, 11 and 12 above.
Bottom-inlet Installation Instruction
(1) Turn off water supply.
(2) Flush toilet to drain water.
(3) Disconnect pipe work and remove old valve.
(4) Hold the whole Set of Water Level Control Valve (DO NOT remove the Control Body), loosen and take out the Tightening Nut from the Adaptor (DO NOT remove the Rubber Washer).
(5) Protrude the lower end of the Adaptor through the Inner-bottom Hole of the cistern.
(6) Tighten back the Tightening Nut to position the Adaptor firmly and vertically at the Inner-bottom of Cistern Base (This Adaptor is a permanent Fitting).
(7) Reconnect Water Supply Line to the Adaptor.
(8) Loosen the Adjustment Nut slightly to enable the Adjustable Tube to slide vertically.
(9) Move the Adjustable Tube vertically to a height where the level of the upper end of the Adjustable Tube is near to the top edge level of the cistern.
(10) When the Adjustable Tube is in suitable position, tighten back the Adjustment Nut.
(11) Turn on water supply to MAXIMUM (At this stage, a small amount of water will flow out from the Submerge Body).
(12) Follow the direction the Arrow Indicate, GENTLY rotate the Control Knob ANTI-CLOCKWISE (H direction). When water starts flowing out from the Submerge Body, STOP rotating the Control Knob. Allow water level to rise until water stops flowing out Automatically and then determine whether this is your desired water level.
(13) If higher water level is required, repeat step 12 above (repeat the same when necessary) to obtain additional water until the desired water level is reached; but NOTE that the maximum height MX of water level is about ¾lower portion (normally this water level is rarely used) of the Submerge Body. If water level rose above this maximum height MX, water may flow out NON-STOP (when this situation occurred, please proceed to next step14 immediately).
(14) If require to adjust the water level from high to low, flush toilet to drain water first. While water level is receding (at the same time, water is refilling), follow the direction the Arrow Indicate and GENTLY rotate the Control Knob CLOCKWISE (L direction). When water stops flowing out, STOP rotating the Control Knob.
(15) Continue to use by following Steps 12 and 13 above.
Installing it in a bottom inlet toilet cistern:

Maintenance
If water does not stop flowing out after being used for a period (probably due to accumulation of dirt inside the Valve), follow Step 14 above immediately and Turn off water supply. Loosen the Coupling Nut to disconnect the Control Body from the Adjustable Tube. Made sure that the Pressure Cover PC must be at the right position by rotating it until it ia locked within the Main Body. Reconnect the Control Body to the Adjustable Tube by tightening the Coupling Nut (Make sure that a Rubber Ring must be inside the Coupling Nut). Continue to use by following Steps 11, 12 and 13 above.
Replacement
To replace a new Wallercode Water Level Control Valve (just purchase a Wallercode Single Valve Pack only),follow Steps 1 and 2 above, loosen the Coupling Nut to remove the Old Control Body and replace with the New Control Body without changing the Old Adaptor. Continue to use by following Steps 11, 12 and 13 above.
