Baby Oat OR Rolled Oat are useful in applications where high water absorption is needed i.e. flavoured instant oatmeal. Oat are frequently used as toppings to garnish and add nutrition to baked foods.


Preparation Info:
Combine the oats and juice in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator. Add your choice of grated apple or apple sauce, yoghurt, lemon juice and mix well. Spoon into serving bowls and top with fruit, drizzled with honey or sprinkle with a teaspoon of brown sugar.
