We, at Athen Shop inspect all products to ensure the fine quality standards before we mail out your order(s) and product(s). 

We will send out your items within 1 - 2 working days from the date when Qoo10 received your payment.

Shipping Fee

Pay only one shipping fee when buying multiple items from us.

1) Qxpress - 2-3 working days (Order is traceable and fast delivery to your door.)  
 
2) SingPost normal mail - 3 - 5 working days or even longer (not traceable).  Hence, we will not be held responsible for any lost normal mail & no compensation will be made.
Normal mail delivery to business address faces a higher risk of being lost.  Please kindly indicate residential delivery address.

Please ensure your address is correct, buyer to bear cost of re- delivery by Qxpress should any mail be returned to us due to incomplete or wrong address provided by buyer.

Exchange Policy

We will exchange if the product is defective or sent by mistake by us.  Postage will be refunded to you. Please send us a picture of the defective product or wrong product within 7 days from date of receipt. 

For hygiene reason, we do not accept exchange items that have been tried before.
