The Sierra Comfort balance ball chair with backrest (SC-0131) makes a Great addition to your home or office. When used for sitting, the balance ball will demand strong posture and proper weight distribution in order to maintain a balanced position. If seated correctly, the chair can help alleviate deformed muscles along your spine and even help to strengthen your core. The added backrest provides back support and allows the user to recline if wanting to lounge. When inserted into its base, the peak of the balance ball sits about 23" from the floor, making it standard height for desk use. If wanting exercise, simply remove the balance ball from its base support and employ as an exercise ball. The SC-0131 is lightweight and easily maneuverable with its four wheel casters. When fully inflated, the exercise ball measures approximately 20" in diameter. The balance ball chair can be used continuously throughout the work day, or for short periods of time if needing a change.
