Consumption Advice

Consume 5 tablets a day.

The tumeric supplement dissolves easily in oil or alcohol.

Recommend to consume before meals or during drinking (alcohol) for better results.

As this product is a suppement, you can have your meals after consuming the supplement.

Gentle Note

Please drink more water. Recommend to drink your weight(kg) x 30ml water.

For individuals with body weight below 50kg, recommend to consume 5 tablets.

If your body weight exceeds 50kg, recommend to consume an additonal tablet for every additional 10kg.

The maximum number of tablets you can consume is double the recommended amount.

For Example:

If your body weight is 60kg, the recommended amount is 6 tablets. Max amount is 12 tablets.

If your body weight is 70kg, the recommended amount is 7 tablets. Max amount is 14 tablets.

DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 18 TABLETS DAILY.
