Question: How long will i have to wait before items get delivered to me?
Answer: We'll try our best to ship out item the soonest we can. Approx. 3-4 working days for
customisation. Once courier picks up item, do allow 1-2 working days for your items to be delivered to you.
Question: Unsure of the year of manufactured?
Answer: Please run a check with your car sales person on your car year of manufactured. We have a few cases whereby customers are unsure and assumed the year of manufactured. Turns out its a wrongly stated car year of manufactured.
Question: If mats doesn't fit? Before you write a review on it, we'd appreciate if you can drop us a message/email.
Answer: We would appreciate if you can drop us a message on Qtalk or Email us at customisedcarmats@gmail.com
so we can find out more on the misfit of mats. If the misfit is purely our error, we will be happy to replace it for you at no cost. However, if its an error on your part for wrong car year of manufactured stated, we are unable to change the mats for you free of charge.
Question: What's the thickness of the mats?
Answer: Mats are approx 15mm thick. But do allow for variation.
Question: Will you be able to provide ring holes for car ring clip?
Answer: With effect of 21st May 2016, we no longer provide ring holes for cars with ring hook.
Question: Will the mats move when i drive?
Answer: Velcros or Friction pads are attached below your mats. It helps to hold the mats in place. Ultimately, it all depends on each individual's usage.
*Please note that velcros/friction pads are only attached for the Front 2 pieces (Driver & Passenger ONLY). As its meant to hold the driver piece in place as driver shift their feet from Accelerator Pedal to Brake Pedal.
*There's no need for Velcros to be attached for the rear piece as there won't be room for movements
Question: Once order placed, is cancellation allowed?
Answer: Please send us a message immediately (via Qtalk/qoo10) and check with us. If we've proceeded with
the customisation of mats, we are unable to cancel your order. We seek your kind understanding.
Question: Ordered wrong mats, am i able to return it?
Answer: Returns are strictly not allowed.
Question: How many free imprints logo/emboridery logo are placed on the mats?
Answer: Only one imprint will be provided, as seen in all the sample pictures above. The imprint will be placed on driver piece.
Question: Does the mat smell?
Answer: Please air it for a few days before installing it in your car. The smell of the mats usually fades away within a few days.
Question: Does the mats comes with Warranty?
Answer: Our mats does not come with Warranty. We recommend you to handle your mats with caution during the cleaning process to reduce wear and tear.
Question: How long does the mats last?
Answer: Durability of mats is subjected to individual usage and habits (e.g. Type of shoe you wear may cause wear and tear faster - Safety Boots/Ladies heels).
We do have customers who used the mats for more than 5 years and are still enjoying their mats.
