How to use

Step1 Let the brace around the waist. Be sure the four stays are on each side of spine and the pad is on lumbar area

Step2 Adjust the brace to desired compression and secure the hook and loop strap to the front of brace

Step3 Pull the elastic reinforcement straps to tighten, then secure to the front of brace
