Fragrant ripe plum and berry aromas followed by elegant, velvety fruit on the palate, with warmth, body and a long finish.<br>The grapes were handpicked, gently crushed, hand bucketed to open vats and fermented with periodic handplunging. After gentle pressing the wine was aged in French oak barriques for 10 months.
