Note To Customers: For best results this insert is recommended for 10x18 or 11x19 sham covers to provide a plump and full pillow from corner to corner. But this over filled 12x20 insert will also fit your regular 12x20 covers.
This is vacuum packed for easy shipping and also helps to place into the cover when it is flat. Please hold the pillow by two corners and shake it up and down for a few minutes and fluff gently. And repeat this step for the other side.
