· No cancellation of order once order has been made.
· Item will be delivered within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment receipts, unless order consists of out-of-stock/pre-order items or otherwise stated.
· Item will be sent by normal post through Singapore Post. It is highly recommended that you opt for registered postage (+S$2.50). All About CaMeRas! will not be responsible for any damage or lost mail when delivered using normal post.
· International shipping is available and additional shipping charges will be applicable for mailing addresses not in Singapore. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
· Estimated delivery time (DO NOT include weekends and public holidays) will be provided upon goods delivery however it may vary due to weather, customs delays and any other circumstances.
Return / Exchange Policy:
· All Item(s) sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable, unless due to manufacturing defects.
· All returns MUST be in their original purchase condition, brand new and unused.
· Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
