What are the precautions to be aware of before attaching the glass?

Please check the precautions before installing.
 
* The adhesive could spill out of glass, but it doesn't do any harm to device. Just wipe it out as instructed.

* The glasses of device and screen protector has variance so that we put adhesive 5% more than average,
  to make sure it fill out every corner.

*Please start the installation process after leveling the surface. Use a level meter or level meter app.
 (Uneven surface or unleveled surface will cause the liquid adhesive to leak to the side or cause bubbles during installation)

* When cleaning the device with alcohol wipe and micro fiber, please wipe in one direction

* Gently press on the top/bottom of the device to securely fasten your device in to the bottom tray.

* Firmly fold the level bar in half to prevent unwanted premature removal from the tray.

* Slowly remove the level bar at first, but remove it quickly as soon as the glass comes in to contact with the liquid adhesive.

* Please do not touch or press the glass while the adhesive is spreading (80seconds for the adhesive to spread evenly)

* Wipe your device slowly and gently after curing the adhesive. If too much pressure is used when cleaning the sides,
   a portion of the adhesive may be ripped off.

Q: Is the glass safe?
A: Yes, our tempered glass has anti-shattering film and features 9H surface hardness.

Q: Is it put on the phone permanently? And can it be removed with ease?
A: No, our acrylic base allows easy removal of the tempered glass.

Q: Will the glass lift or fall off the device?
A: The glass will not lift or fall off the device unless external force is applied to do so. The use of incompatible case or pushing and/or
     scratching the side of the glass may result in unwanted removal or lifting of the product.

Q: Can they put the glass back on device once they lift it?
A: It is possible, but we do not recommend it since it will reduce the adhesion dramatically.

Q: Does the UV light from the UV machine effect any to the device?
A: The UV light will not cause any harm to the device. The UV light has the same wavelength as the natural sun light.

Q: What's the difference between a screen protection film and a dome glass protector?
A: A screen protection film is thin and vulnerable to damage. Its primary function is to prevent scratches on the screen, and does not protect the screen from damage when dropped. The strength of the tempered glass of a Dome glass protector is rated "9H," which is harder than steel (6H).
This is why it can protect the screen from damage even when the phone is dropped. Another benefit of using the Dome glass allows the screen to be crystal clear. You will be able to experience the vivid colors and images from your screen as if there was nothing on it.

Q: Does the liquid substance cause any harm to the body?
A: Coming in to contact with the liquid adhesive will not harm you, but it is dangerous to consume it. We advise you to keep it away from children.

Q: What should I do if there are air bubbles?
A: Air bubbles cannot be removed after the installation. This is why it is extremely crucial that you follow the instruction in order to prevent such defect from occurring.

Q: What should I do if there are adhesive left on the edge after the installation?
A: Gently wipe the edges that have excess adhesive with an alcohol wipe. When cleaning the edges, please wipe gently and slowly in a singular direction. Do not rub the edges or try removing them with a sharp object (a knife for example) since these actions may cause the glass to lift or detach completely.

Q: Won't the liquid cause damage to the phone when it overflows?
A: As long as the surface of the work area is leveled, the liquid adhesive will not flow to an area that can cause damage to the device.

Q: Is the dome glass protector easy to install at home?
A: Anyone can easily install the Dome glass as long as they follow the instructions and move one step at a time. The key is to get a good 
    understanding of the install procedure before installing.
