I am a bit of anemia and have been for a while my doctor told me I need more Iron. Being that I'm a vegetarian I thought I was getting lots of iron from all the green veggies and other certain foods I eat but I guess it wasn't enough. For the pass two months I have been overly tired weak headaches and joint pains everyday to the point I couldn't get out of bed from all the weakness I felt over my entire body. I began taking the 27mg spring valley iron tablets once a day being that my doctor said thats all I need, within a week the headaches stop I wasn't feeling tired and wanting to back to bed at 10am in the morning and I got my strength back. Now I'm able to make it through the day without my eyes being heavy burning and needed to take a nap before the middle of the day. These iron tablets work wonders for me but very hard to find 27mg or lower in stores. Happy I found them online. This is the strength I want, so guess I will have to order online. The only drawback is the extra money spent for S&H.
