Milliken&Companyによって開発された熱可塑性ポリプロピレン複合素材Tegris(テグリス)を使用。Tegrisはファブリック状に編みこまれた押し出し成型の繊維素材をプレスし、硬いシート状に加工した素材で、その強度と耐久性により、NASCARレース車両、NFLプレーヤーのプロテクターなどに使用されています。数年間にわたる開発の打ち合わせを重ね、トラベル＆アクセサリー分野において、トゥミだけのエクスクルーシブ素材として使用できることになりました。
キャスターやハンドルには米国の権威ある雑誌『TRAVEL＆LEISURE』で、2011年最も優れたラゲージに選ばれた「VAPOR (ヴェイパー)」と同様の特許取得のパーツを使用しています。
