As, I purchased the compact size of this nail clipper in the store, and it did not cut my nails sharply. This larger version is sharper and does not leave a rough edge. As a bonus, I am using the other tools as well. I forgot about this type of cuticle trimmer. It's easy to use and sharp. The nail-shine buffer is a natural way to get a nice, healthy shine. The carrying case folds in half to a compact size. I'm impressed with the quality at such a low price, and am buying more for Christmas gifts.
