I received order and it was 2 sizes too large. I thought that I could return at a local Wal-mart store. I went to the return section that stated item could only be returned to Ekids and that they charge a 25% restock fee. Plus, you have to pay to ship it back. So, I called the customer care number to Ekids, a male is on the voice message saying to leave a message and he would return call. I could not leave voicemail because it said mailbox was full! So I'm trying to find out how to return this item! Wal-Mart should take some accountability because the item is sold via their website! It makes you upset to think that you're buying from Wal-Mart, then you later find out that it's a different company. This is ridiculous! I WILL NOT order from Wal-Mart if this issue isn't resolved!
