Production Method:From tree to finished pen we manage every step in the process ourselves. All the work takes place in our workshop just behind our home in Cavan, Ireland. Every pen is turned by me Richard Daly, Cathy looks after the packaging and processing and the quality control, and believe me she is a stickler and not a bit shy in telling me if I mess anything up! so every pen is checked to ensure its is perfect before Cathy ships it. Shipping is by registered post and take about 7 days to reach the USA/Canada, 4 days for most of Europe and about 8/9 days the rest of the world.
