This slicer is the easy way to prepare fruit and vegetables. The thickness of the slices are adjusted by altering the selector  blade on the side. Change the  blade to create julienne slices 3 mm thick and again for 9mm thickness. Turn again and you can create slices ideal for a gratton dish with thickness's from 0.75mm to 9 mm.
