Shipping Details

Delivery via QXpress is recommended. It is our service commitment to ship out your item via Qxpress (or alternative option if provided) within 3 days upon receipt of payment.  As Qxpress does not operate during Public Holiday(s) , delivery might be delayed during such holiday/festive period.

Customers are advised to enter the correct address and provide a mobile phone number/email for delivery arrangement.

Kindly note that if you choose for Non-Registered Mail Option (i.e. Standard SingPost Delivery), there will not be any tracking number and we shall not be responsible for item lost in transit. If a wrong delivery address is entered into the system and we receive the returned mail/parcel, we will contact the buyer for a re-delivery at the customer’s expense.
