Beautifully voiced, professional guitars made from all solid, seasoned tone wood. The MG75SCE is beautiful guitar that simply sings. The Grand Auditorium curves and tighter waist produce a little more treble than its Dreadnought brother, but it still offers a full sound with lots of dynamic range. With the satin finished top, it is a very natural looking piece with an open pore finish to the back and sides. A beautiful, understated guitar with a really warm sound. The MG75SCE is fitted with the wonderful SYS650 blend pick up system and EQ. All solid wood really does make a difference and we've made sure Masterworks get the best out their solid wood construction. They are very open sounding, powerful instruments with rounded notes and plenty of bass. All models are made from hand selected, AA solid Sitka spruce or Red Cedar tops, and solid, cured mahogany or rosewood backs and sides. Each component is made of natural material including real bone saddles and nuts, maple and rosewood bindings and purflings, ebony bridge pins and green abalone inlays. Masterworks feature a one piece mahogany neck with a 50/50 finish, Grover tuners and 12th Fret abalone inlay. The Masterworks bracing system is forward shifted with scalloped, hand finished X braces that allow these guitars to project incredibly well. There's lots of sustain and response and no matter if strummed or picked, the separation and balance across the strings is easily audible.
