1. Make sure your delivery address is correct before payment. We will not be responsible for customers not receiving goods due to incomplete or
incorrect address given. Should we receive returned goods in good condition, customers can request for redelivery by bearing additional costs of re-posting.
2. Please contact Q0010 for all payment matters assistance.
3. Shipping normally takes 1-7 working days from the time the goods are sent out to reach your mailbox. We aim to ship out within the next 2 working days but it may take up to 7 working days before the product is shipped out. Should you need the products urgently, kindly email us at expresslovesg@gmail.com to confirm just before purchase.
4. We highly recommend that you choose Singpost Registered Mail at an extra $2.50 only, irregardless of number of items purchased from ExpressLoveSg (in addition to total normal mail charges) . Select once only for registered mail (on any of our items) if you are buying ExpressLoveSG items only. If you are buying other items from other sellers in the same cart, their delivery charges are separate and additional.
5. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged goods sent out by Singpost Normal Mail.
6. Please choose Singpost Registered Mail for large and bulky items.
7. Depending on the item, you may also request for self-collection at Holland Village MRT station control at a mutually agreeable date and timing.There will be NO refund of any shipping fees paid earlier for self collection or personal delivery.
