Along with counting calories, with this product I have been losing 2-3 pounds per week. I have not been exercising at all yet. This product does well to keep me feeling full until snack time. I use 8 Tbsp in 3/4 cup Almond (or regular skim) milk for breakfast. I have one cup of coffee a while later then have a healthy snack, a healthy lunch (or slim fast shake), another healthy snack and a reasonable dinner. There is a bit of an after taste but nothing brushing your teeth won't fix! You can add vanilla to help with the taste if you like. This morning I was 6.6 pounds - without hunger pains, without cravings, without headaches, without jitters. But with lots of energy, lots of mental focus, and improved mood. I should say that I stayed on the 3 shakes for 7 days. Today I started the light lunch with 2 supplement shakes and can hardly wait for the results after 14 -21 days.
