Characteristics of Lily Bell Cotton Puff 

Soft - the cotton used is nice, the texture is really soft and feels comfy when rub against your skin.

Textured surface - as you can see in the close-up above, it has woven pattern to facilitate gentle physical exfoliation.

Well-built - the sides are 'sealed' tightly and on the top and bottom it is pressed, doesn't lose its shape too soon when you work on it.

Advantages of using cotton puff 

1) Easy to control the amount of toner/liquid to use 

2) Can spread out toner evenly on your face

3) Slight exfoliation function 

Prerequisites of a good cotton puff 

1) Does not irritate the skin
2) Due to direct contact with our skin, best to use natural cotton or silk. Must avoid any synthetic cotton and      those with added chemical ingredient like bleaching agent.

3) The right size.

4) Do not choose a cotton puff which is too thin. Thickness must be at least 0.3cm. The absorption capacity will be adequate then you’ll feel more comfy.
