This Paderno World Cuisine 13.75 by 3.125 inch non-stick pate mold with removable bottom disassembles with the simple use of pins to easily unmold delicate pates. The base separates from the two sides. This mold is made for pates that are encrusted in dough. The tin plate enhances heat distribution for higher browning of the crust.
