GA7320-44 Guardian Angel child safety window guard expands for childproofing windows 73 to 120 inches wide or tall. MADE IN USA, Guardian Angel window guards are made from strong steel tubing powder coated with a durable lead-free paint. Remove from mounting bars by depressing two buttons on each side and compressing bars. Four bar windowguards protect a window opening up to 21.5 inches. Combine units for wider openings. Tested to withstand up to 150 pounds of pressure in locked position Length from where 1st bar locks into mount to end of mount is 2 inches. So mount units so there is no more than a 4 inch open space between the first bar and the side or top of the window. Use window wedges or window stops if needed to limit window opening. End post: each is 17 3/8 inches long. Side posts anchor with 2" sheet metal screws into solid stud or frame mats.
