3. For Singpost Non-Registered mail aka Normal Mail, as there is NO tracking numbers, we will NOT be responsible for any lost items. Please knowledge the risk involved and thank you for your kind understanding.

4. For Singpost Non-Registered mail aka Normal Mail, it will take 3-7 working days, whereas, Registered mail will take 2-3 working days.
