The neoprene holders will not bounce and, they feature a slip lock to hold the bottles securely. The 6oz water bottles are BPA free. The Run Technology Running belt is adjustable with a buckle closure. The belt threads behind each water bottle in the holder to hold it securely and tightly to your body. The Run Technology Interchangeable Running Belt System allows you to accessorize your running belt your way. There is a big difference between a running belt designed for a race versus a running belt designed for a training run. The interchangeable ""slide on, slide off"" accessories allow you to easily design your running belt for your unique needs.
