It is an ultra wide angle zoom lens exclusively for E mount covering from 15 mm in super wide angle area to 27 mm wide angle (*).
Three aspherical lenses and an optical system using Super ED glass can correct various aberrations occurring at the super wide angle of 15 mm (*) well and realize a highly contrasted representation.
Since the full angle of view can be used with an open F value of 4, it is possible to shoot a scene which tends to be lacking in light scenery such as dynamic landscape and evening scene at a fast shutter speed.
It also incorporates an optical vibration reduction function.
Beautiful blurring by circular aperture is also attractive.
