Shell: poly micro fleece. Lining: soft velboa sherpa. Colors: black, navy, royal, red, charcoal. 4 sizes available. One size fits 3-6 months; One size fits 6-15 months; One size fits 18-36 months (label says 2T-4T, we recommend for 18-36 months); One size fits 2-3 years. For sizes 3-6 months and 6-15 months, the mittens do not have thumbs. For size 18-36 months and 2-3 years, the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
