*Does Pulse Clean really works? 

Tako Inc. (manufacturer of Pulse Clean) was granted the US patent in 1999 for its processing method which optimizes the ionizing effect from Tourmaline (find out more). Furthermore, positive and negative ions has been medically researched and documented in various studies in the past few decades. Simply put, positive ions can harm your health and negative ions can benefit you (find out more). Many in the market claimed that their products could produce thousands of negative ions, but how many of them were patented like Pulse Clean? 

1. Are your products original? 

Yes, all our Pulse Clean products are imported from Tako Inc. in Japan. Please see our EMS document from Japan for confidence.

2. What are the shipping methods you offer?
All our shippings are currently fulfilled by Singpost registered mail (for SG & MY) or normal mail (for SG only). We do not recommend normal mail as they might get lost in the delivery process and are not liable for any lost of normal mails sent via SingPost.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically, registered mail will take 1-3 working days for delivery in Singapore and 4-7 working days for delivery in Malaysia after we post your items. For normal mail, it should arrive within 2-3 working days after we post your items. 

4. My items have not arrived, what should I do?

For registered mail, you can track your parcel here if you have not received your items after 7 working days (Singapore) and 14 working days (Overseas). For normal mail, there is no tracking available. Please email us your order ID and we will try to help you out.  

5. I received the wrong item, what now?

Please email us your order ID and we will help you sort it out. Will definitely replace your item for you as soon as possible!

6. How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be made according to the method you used to pay for your items in Qoo10.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request for a return from us. Returns must be done within 14 days of receipt, un-opened in the original packaging. You will be refunded the price you paid for the items (excluding any shipping fees). 

All items will be inspected upon return, so make sure it's packed properly so that it won't get damaged on the way! We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
