To maximize the longevity of your Stratum Cookware, kindly follow these instructions for use and care:
1. Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry.
2. Use a small amount of oil when cooking. Oil sprays are not recommended.
3. To protect the Cera3 coating, use of plastic or wooden utensils is recommended.
4. Use low to medium heat. Your cookware is designed to heat up very efficiently. Overheating can damage the cooking surface.
5. Cookware is dishwasher safe but hand-washing is recommended to prolong the life of your cookware.
