| NECK: Measure around your neck at the Adam's apple, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose. CHEST: With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms. Run the tape around the broadest part of the chest and across the shoulder blades. WAIST: To find the natural crease of your waist, bend to one side. Your waistline is the crease above your navel and below your ribcage. Run the tape measure around this point, keeping it comfortably loose. SLEEVE: With your arm bent and hand on hip, place the tape measure at the base of your neck. Follow along the shoulder top, down the arm to the wrist. INSEAM*: Run the tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just beneath the crotch to the place where you would like your pants to fall. On full-length pants, this length generally falls one inch below the ankle. *On a garment, this measurement indicates the distance between the crotch seam and the hem's edge.
