The roller head lasts for many many sessions. It all depends on the frequency of use and severity of the foot area being treated. For best results, replace the roller heads as needed. And don't forget to recharge the machine.

The device must be turned off before replacing the roller head. While pressing the release button on the side of the device as demonstrated in the image above, pull the head with your other hand. Place a new roller head into the device until it clicks into place.
