How does it works?

1) Upon purchase, bring your tool down to our shop (Do bring along E-Ticket for AUTH purpose)

2) After 1-2 days, we will find out what's really went wrong with the Tool

3) Before proceeding to any repairment, a "Repair Quotation" will be given
4) If beyond repair, eg. no spare/replacement parts locally/ simply not worth it to repair, we will give you a call for you to pick
up your tool.
5) Tool that is beyong repair will not be charged any Additional Service Cost.
