BioCell Collagen is sourced from chicken sternal cartilage and provides bioavailable, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. It is standardized to contain 10% Hyaluronic Acid, 20% Chondroitin Sulfate, and 60% Collagen Type II.

By adding this supplement to glucosamine sulphate, I found complete relief from painful joints that have bothered me for years. They felt like they needed oiling, seriously, and that's just what this seemed to do, provide relief from friction. It's definitely worth trying - as well as doing an ellimination diet to see if food allergies are aggravating your system.

I take it 2 pills per day for a month with Collagen. It's become smooth and healthy so much! I love this effect. I'll buy it again for sure. :)

I've been only using the HA for 2 weeks,so it's too soon to tell . I have no health issues, just using it to see its effect on my skin. Will report back after using it for 1 month or 2. Update: caused severe breast tenderness. so stopped.
