For Use: Adults take 1 ml by mouth before 2 main meals, for a total of 2 servings per day. Due to the consistency of the formula it may be necessary to wipe the pipette on the inside of the bottle to expose the dosage line. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Ingredients
