THE HIT ZONE tee is the perfect way to develop skills for your future star or provide a great way to get 'tee' practice for the seasoned veteran! Both boys and girls, as young as 2, have a ball hitting on the 'Magic Machine'. If your kid is just starting out, the Hit Zone will capture their attention. They will start out swinging to hit the ball, rather than the swinging to miss the tee. After tee ball, kids often get bored with the standard tee. They'll love the Hit Zone!
THE FLOATING BALL encourages the player to stay focused and keep their eye on the ball! Just as with a real pitch, the ball spins and moves around. Add a different look to the 'pitches' by changing up the way you place the ball into the stream of air or by using a variety of light weight training balls. Instead of the batter just going through the motions of hitting a stationary ball, they will really need to concentrate or they might just miss!
The Hit Zone makes it easy to set up a training station for your players at home! Your Hit Zone comes with 2 light weight plastic dimpled training balls. It is also fun to experiment with other types of lighter weight balls. You'll find that they will often float at different heights and react a little differently. Get a bucket of balls and a net and your kid can practice all day long. During the winter, set up a station in the basement and your kid won't get bored this winter!
The Hit Zone Jr works great for kids up to about 7 years old and as young as 2. For the younger kids, adult supervision is recommended. It is also a good idea to use a plastic bat for younger kids. Just plug in the Hit Zone to a 110V plug and your player can start practicing! When using outdoors, be sure to plug into a GFI protected outlet.
