Control Arms are a critical part of your vehicle’s suspension system, in fact they are one of the key components that allow suspension systems to work. Control Arms are commonly made from stamped steel, cast iron or cast aluminum but, whatever the construction method, all Control Arms have a basic function - to allow up and down movement of the suspension while connecting a steering knuckle, hub or axle securely to the vehicle.
